Hello !

I am 30 years old and almost at 9 months of hrt and last time I saw my doctor, he told me to do some research about progesterone before the next time we meet.

The problem is the fact I see three different opinions

1 : absolutely avoid progesterone because it's dangerous, breast cancer etc....

2 : it's too early, it can break the changes in the middle (mainly for boobs)

3: go ahead it's a good addition.and will complete everything

I know every body are different but I would like to hear more from the concerned
