My 1996 Isuzu trooper with the 3.2L engine is getting 9 MPG. Recently replaced the fuel pump and valve cover gasket. Everything seems to be in good order. Anyone know why I’m getting such low MPG?? It’s not the tires because I was getting low mpg even before putting them on. I even tried changing my driving habits, still nothing.

Wanted my trooper to sound a little better and as a broke 20 year old I had no other choice but to cherry bomb it at home
