I’m a founder building ViksaAI, an enterprise-grade AI agent platform that automates ops/IT/SRE/support work in a very different way from traditional workflow tools.

This is NOT another drag-and-drop workflow automation like n8n/Zapier where you predefine every step.

With ViksaAI:

• Your team expresses intent in natural language (e.g. “Investigate this P1 incident across logs, metrics, tickets and suggest a fix I can approve.”).
• A set of AI agents dynamically decides which data sources, tools and steps to use.
• The “workflow” is assembled on the fly and adapts as new info/events come in.
• No rigid, predefined flows to maintain – everything is dynamic, intent-driven, and contextual.

We’re opening this up for free for a limited time to a small number of enterprise teams as design partners.

• Enterprise-grade AI agents that can run inside your secure environment.
• Dynamic, intent-based automations for things like incident triage, log analysis, ticket enrichment, health checks, etc.
• Close collaboration: we’ll work with you on 1–3 high-impact intents and set up agents around them.
• No charge for this phase – we’re explicitly looking for serious usage and feedback, not casual signups.
