Fuel Problem? Gugh!

I need some help please!!! My wife’s 2014 Audi 2.0 Q5 was having the check engine light on with codes p2188, p0172, & p0089. All pointing to the high pressure pump that was definitely leaking gas into the oil. Fast fwd a week after replacing the HPFP and changing the oil she filled up with gas and the check engine light comes on with p2293 and p0087. “Not getting enough fuel to the rail.” The cam plunger does not have any flat spots on the roller. I inspected it and it looked good. I put the scanner on it and the fuel pressure at 2.0 mpa at idling. Calls for 4.0 mpa. So what part could be bad? The low point fuel pump? The internal filter? Or the rail sensor? Or could I have a bad new hpfp? What would you do to find out? I’m not really a mechanic.
