What's the best non-waterproof mascara that people use which actually holds the curl?

Do ya'll curl before and after applying mascara?

I have tried and tried and always struggle to remove waterproof mascara properly, I feel like I always find residue the next day so would want one that is non-waterproof.

Yeaaaars ago I used to use the one from UK brand Topshop but they discontinued it like 14 years ago and haven't found one quite like that again. I've heard good things about Kiss me but not sure which ones are non-waterproof. Would love any tips!!

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a good support group for Major Depressive Disorder, ideally in the coolidge corner area.

It'd be nice if it's a softer-styled approach instead of rigid or clinical. I guess what I'm saying is something warmer instead of sterile?
