Possible to force testicle through separating tissue into surrounding cavities?

I have had a lot of discomfort in my groin and lower abdomen for years. I have seen many specialists and had a couple CTs, a couple ultrasounds, and an MRI. None of the doctors have noticed anything wrong, but I am not convinced that whatever is wrong with me would be obvious there. (The ultrasounds were not of the correct spots, and my understanding is that the other two don't always provide a lot of fine detail regarding soft tissue problems.)

This all started in the same general time frame that I hurt myself in a really embarrassing way, but I never mentioned it, because even though it hurt like a darn, I'm still not 100℅ sure I was injured or that it could have had anything to do with my situation.

The gist is that I was lying on my back, and one of my testicles was sort of high up against my lower abdomen, kept from falling back into place my by thigh, and I moved in a way that felt like I forced my testicle through the top of my penis and out the other side. It hurt A LOT, but I couldn't see anything out of sorts, and it didn't immediately cause me any more discomfort than taking a soccer ball to the junk in gradeschool, and it stopped hurting like the next day, so I sort of forgot about it.

In the following weeks/months, I started experiencing a lot of discomfort with sexual activity. It began to feel increasingly like something was "tangled" in the tissues in and around my groin. I can't explain it any better than that. It just feels like there are cordlike structures pulling on each other all throughout my groin and genitals, and I assumed that a urologist would know what was up, but they all seem convinced there is nothing wrong with me. My quality of life is greatly affected by this, and I know it's not in my head.
