So i filled up a refund request form 4 days ago, and received an email update from them today "REFUND REQUEST HAS BEEN PUT ON HOLD - [KYC] Dragonpay Refund for Large Amount via Online banking". They asked for a valid government issued ID, statement of account or image of ATM, copy of proof of payment and selfies from all the documents required. I've submitted all the required documents needed and i'm quite anxious about when i'm getting my money back since i need my allowance and i badly need to pay for my tuition fee which is due this week.

has anyone gone through this? I want to know how long they process this after submitting all the documents :")))))
