Question for front desk associates: How do you feel about guests requesting elite benefits (eg breakfast or lounge access) to be extended to either additional family members (eg two adults plus kids) or extended to multiple rooms (eg four adults over two rooms)?

I understand that T&Cs state member + guest only regardless of party size or rooms occupied, but there have also been anecdotes of FD extending goodwill.

How much discretion do you have? Does it bother you for folks to ask? Do you have scenarios where you are more likely to extend goodwill than others?
