There’s no reason why my 6’8 PF plays center half the time but not once in 500 games has ever been put at small forward

I’ve had knee pain for many months now and even after excercises and stretches it still remains, I want to be able to play sports and have a track meet soon but the knee problems hinder my abilities a lot and causes pain

If your teammate gets a turnover or misses a shot, it doesn’t mean you should give up a wide open 3 or 2 because you’re on the ground. Stop crying and get back on defense
