Random PC Shutdowns

I've suddenly started running into a problem of my pc shutting down at random. It's been going on for a couple of months now and I'm stumped as to the cause of the problem. I've been working on finding solutions with my buddy but the things we've tried already don't seem to work
I've tried swapping the PSU, still getting random shutoffs so either both of those units are bad or its another issue I'm unaware of
another thing, the intervals of which the computer shuts off are completely random, sometimes I'll be able to boot up and run the thing for hours and then other times the thing will immediately shut off after pressing the power button (And sometimes turn on by itself with no input after)
Re seating everything hasn't worked either, all outlets I've tried do the same thing, and I'm starting to suspect that the root of the issue may be my homes power being unstable (Which really isn't an unlikely problem unfortunately due to the home just being really old on top of pest problems)
If anyone has any tips or things to try definitely let me know, I'm about to put in a brand new power supply, cpu fan, and motherboard when they come in so any advice now is appreciated
