I recently got selected for the ICMR STS program from my clg and have been allotted an Orthodontics faculty as my guide. I’m new to research and honestly a bit confused about where to start.

Should I mainly focus on Orthodontics-related topics now?

Also, how do people go through previous STS reports just to get an idea of format/topic selection?

And what’s the best way to search and narrow down topics on PubMed?

Would really appreciate any beginner tips regarding topic selection and feasibility for STS 🙏
