I remember reading a snippet on Questionable Questing about a Self Insert with fragmented knowledge of Worm was isekaid into Metal Sonic's body and basically spawned in Earth-Bet right outside Taylor's locker.
I remember that at the start of the snippet the SI has a bit of a problem of acclimating to Metal Sonic's programming.
Then he hears Taylor's weak voice from the locker pleading for help, which triggered some kind of protocol and proceed to rip out the locker door like tissue paper, freeing Taylor.
The SI immediately grabbed her and ran (glided?) at full speed towards the hospital and pretty much scared the doctors to death when he ordered them to help the girl.
They took her to the ER immediately and then Velocity arrived and talked to the SI and his connection to the girl.
I specifically remember a bit when Velocity asked about the SI's directives, since he believes SI is tinkertech made by the parahuman parent of Taylor, and the LEDs that makes his eyes shut off and recites:
"Main command: protect father, fail."
"Secondary command: protect other survivors, fail."
"Tertiary command: kill the faker, active"
There's a few moments of silence as Velocity offers his condolences before he asked who the faker is.
Then there's a twist in that the SI is not a comic version of metal sonic, but one from the EXE creepypasta-like worlds as he activates an hologram and shows Velocity the "faker" he is talking about
AKA: Sonic.EXE

Which understandably horrifyes Velocity.
