My hair has changed so much in the last few years (yay aging!). It is very fine and thin now. I don’t know what to do with it. I need someone who is good at recommending cut and color. I know this is Scottsdale, but ideally I don’t want to pay a fortune. Though I would pay a good amount for the right person. Any suggestions?
