7 days, 5 different excuses, payout stuck on Reverb's end — buyer has gear, I'm out of pocket

Hi all, posting this partly to warn other UK/EU sellers and partly in the hope that Reverb staff see it and escalate properly.

The situation :

Sale completed April 25th, buyer received gear, funds showing as " pending" in my dashboard.

Timeline from Wednesday 29th up until today:

- Day 1: Contacted support. I was told I hadn't entered my bank details correctly.

- Day 2: Told my account "Doesn't accept euros and to use a different account" (It does, and always has.

- **Day 3: Told to double-check my address. Address is correct and verified.

- Day 4–6: Daily reassurance that it would be " in my account soon." Different agent every time, same script.

- Day 7 (yesterday): Sent screenshots for the first time. Agent finally acknowledged the issue is on Reverb's end and escalated to "second-line technicians."

The problem:

This could have been identified on Day 1 if the first agent had actually looked at the backend instead of reading from a script. Instead I've had a week of contradictory deflections while the buyer enjoys their new gear and I'm left unpaid.

If you're a Reverb mod reading this — the case has been "escalated" but I still have zero transparency on what the actual technical fault is or when I'll receive my money. Order #255***04948. I can DM full details.

Has anyone else had payouts get stuck in Reverb's system for this long ? If so how were you able to get it resolved?
