Was a 2 year daily user of regular leaf and 7oh. Did a fast taper with a helper that can't be mentioned.

Quit the 7 once with leaf but never stopped the leaf and picked the 7 back up.

Anyway I'm one day off everything including the helper and doing pretty decent on most things but I'm exhausted. Was some miner restless leg this morning. But thankfully I don't really feel much WD except for the lack of energy.

I'm happy I finally made it through a day but really hope the energy rebounds quickly.
