36 male, 183cm/75kg, not a smoker, medications: mirtazapine
I have been doing some intense trekking at high altitude recently (4000metres+) and I got a strange looking pimples on the side of one of my hands. Location, Peru.
They are a bit itchy/burning and a bit inflamed and in the center there are two brown/blackish dots, as per the attached picture. It's been six days since they appeared and they are still the same.
Could it be a blood blister due to trekking pole straps/friction? Or insect bites?
