Anyone comment on whether this is normal?
Machine is 9kg Haier integrated washer. Been in use since q4 2025.
Engineer from Hoover visited and said it’s fine but didn’t really assess the unit he said flooring was my issue.
Context:
- machine badly vibrates during spin to point of causing aquarium water to dance across the service. It hasn’t always done this.
- I added an 18mm 60x60cm marine plywood platform under it and screwed it into joists at several places it’s rock solid.
Friend of mine who’s a plumber/ kitchen bathroom fitter said the drum shouldn’t be moving anywhere near that much but I’m at a bit of a loss here. Mentioned something called spider flange or something any help appreciated.
Machine is levelled solidly. No transit bolts and leg bolts are tightened
