I talked to some popular seller here , and she said if declared under $30, it will be treated as DDP, thus , avoid surprise tax bill .

I’m moving to new location in a month and a half, so I don’t want to get surprise bill weeks later , which eventually will go to collection, destroying my credits.

does anyone know for sure ? Or did anyone get a bill from FedEx weeks later still ?
