Ever since this arrived it’s been screaming, “Decorate me with your steampunk accessories you never use but keep buying.” So I spent 2-3 days finding it all. It’s so heavy now though.

I ordered my second item, trying to only order things I’ll actually use or need. I NEED an umbrella and one appeared. Ya’ll. It had holes in it. 😱 it was in a sealed plastic wrap and in a branded box, it did not appear to be a return. I’m new to Vine so I do I report it somewhere? I’m not going to leave a good review for a holey umbrella, do I just not review it?
