As the title says, I (23f) still have some pain at times when walking, resulting in a little limp. I’m ~16 weeks post op for a trimalleolar fracture and have been walking for about little over a month now, and i’ve finally progressed to a fast walk lol. Curious about everyone else’s recovery timeline at around this stage? I just want to be able to walk normally again and be able to start jogging and running, but everyday that I wake up and the aches are still there it makes me feel hopeless that i’m not recovering as well or as fast as some people do. I know it’s different for everyone, this injury just really sucks!!
