[SOTC] Just enjoying what I got.

My small collection so far. I like where these watches are falling into my daily life.

Tissot Gentleman quartz- always ready, grab and go

Seiko 5 Sport srpg35- super comfy daily GADA

Citizen Tsuyosa 88x- casual weekend watch

The Tissot gets a lot of compliments. Its fun to see who compliments which watch. My Seiko receives the least amount of compliments, but it is probably my favorite because it is so comfortable.

I still want to add a dedicated dress watch to the mix. Suggestions are appreciated.

Im on a quest to make my seiko 5 a very very comfy office watch. I tossed the sand colored nato for a black leather rally style strap. I liked the look a lot but i found myself adjusting it a couple of times during my 8 hours at work. Finally decided to order some fabric options. I ordered a 3 set of elastic bands from Delug (in photo) as well off Etsy I ordered a Perlon single pass strap and a 2 piece nylon nato strap (etsy stuff still in transit).

Im pretty happy with the delug bands. Im using the 140mm strap black with tan stripe. It fits really nicely. I have it on around the house right now to see if my wrist swells and if I should swap to the 150. But so far im impressed enough to share with you all. I highly suggest for a comfy daily.

Im excited to tey the perlon strap so Ill post a review when that comes in.

Slowly building an entry level collection after having build some knowledge in high school buying and selling invictas and nixons to friends.

For a while I worked for Tesla and couldnt wear watches due to PPE gear. Changed career paths and now I can wear watches again but hadn't been interested until I saw a random youtube short where someone was showing Kevin Oleary a new seiko automatic movement.

First I bought the Seiko and loved it.

Then I got the Tsuyosa 88x and wow. Im in love with this thing. It's my favorite color and it pops so loud. Only thing Im not a fan of is the cyclops but I got over that quickly. This became my daily and it gets compliments all the time.

I have found on some days when Im more active if my wrist swells too much the bracelet can become irritating. Ill be adding a link at some point and move the micro adjustment back to tight and see how that feels for longer days. But Im also getting some nice fabric straps for my seiko so the Tsuyosa might become my weekend watch when my wrists wont swell as much.

Next up is a Tissot then I think Ill finish my small collection with a Hami.
