I just used this app for the first time. I got two sandwiches, one of which was moldy. I messaged customer service, assuming they would give me a refund (they did not) or address the issue with the restaurant (they did not). When I asked if they had any standards for food safety or how old the food could be, they said they did not. Is this a common occurrence, or is food from this app generally safe to eat? I assumed it would be from yesterday, but a sandwich does not generally get moldy overnight.
