Hello Kitchener,

I am looking for some advice on next steps of being laid off. Are there any centers that provide some free courses to upgrade or switch your career from a managerial position to more like a service worker. I am 38 and have family to look after as well. Please if any body can share their opinions and thoughts and how to cope with the challenges.
