Im moving to grand prairie Alberta and have some questions flying my 1 year old 80 lbs pure bred black lab .
The first time trying to book I spoke with cargo , two different people at first . I couldn't believe how amazing their customer service was , they even went out of the way to find the best connecting flight , and told me how well my dog will be treated, that's it's I different than cabin , only thing is he'll be on another plane which will basically fly a long side us , I would just pick him up at warehouse . So they advised me to book the flight for myself and my dog which they said would be the same price as cabin. I don't travel so I much so I just went by every detail they gave me , and once it was booked , call back and they will find the best flight for convenience. When I called back I was told they gave me wrong info and it was 648 $ to fly him , which I'm sorry but I think is total discrimination, as the flight is flying there anyways. With it being such late notice I couldn't go , and suffer very bad mental health , so I I'm didn't even bother to try for a refund or credit .
So now to book again or get there what is best recommend? 80 lbs pure bred lab , 1 1/2 years old . I am moving there so it will only be one way . Also are there any chances I can get a refund ? Seems so unfair
