Is there anything that can help this? I feel exhausted. I’m almost falling asleep while driving and it is starting to effect my daily routine

I’m just frustrated with my insurance company right now (Univera). I’m in NY and I was told by my dr I would qualify for zepbound due to my BMI. However I was told by my insurance provider I need to be in a weight loss program (approved by them) for theee months before getting the medication. I understand that this is good for me however I’ve been doing these things on my own and now I need to pay 75/month for three months before getting approved. I got my hopes up with having some sort of relief from inflammation and joint pain with tje zepbound and I finally got my thyroid at a normal number, so I was offered it. Does anyone have good recs for online services to get it shipped at a decent price? Or coupon codes?
