Hi everyone, I am booking in next week for PTP. There is a list of things to bring from CMPB, but it feels quite general. Are there recommended quantities or should I just buy and bring those large packs off the shelf from the supermarket? (e.g. Toilet roll/Detergent)

Does anyone have tips on what (else) to bring? Or will unlisted items be confiscated?
