i was mowing my neighbors lawn and the lawnmower shorted, i thought i want over too much grass but then when i tried to start again it wouldnt start then i let it sit for 10 mins and still didnt start but this time it made this weird noise and didnt seem like a gas or normal issue. i changed the air filters and spark plug as they were very old but didnt work, fresh gas and it has oil please help
