What kind of impact did this have as me the child they raised? Well, they never really had drive to learn or figure out why I was acting a certain way. I was never grounded or abused but I often felt smothered at the same time. If I had any questions the answer was either “it will work out” or “don’t worry about it.” so I just didn’t worry about it. I pushed it down. I pushed whatever aside and just assumed everything would work out and then when I turn 42 I had extreme burnout and now I am trying to figure out my whole life. start this day when I ask something that is too deep. It is always that I think too much and I overthink.🤷🏻‍♀️
