Does anyone have any experience of converting their points to Asia Miles for a Cathay Pacific flight? Do you remember how long before it reflected on your account?

Asking because I had mine converted yesterday and I just realized I have to book my flight already in ideally less than a week. I know website says 7 business days but I'm hoping others' experiences WON'T say it took more than 7 days for them.
