Well, we went to court for temporary hearing and the judge decided that my baby can switch to formula or I can pump or she can have solids etc and approved all his parenting plan (phase 1 until baby is one and the end phase 2 after 12 months). He said I was preventing him from seeing his daughter blah blah only to text me within 24 hours of the hearing to tell me that he wants LESS time than awarded!! I had to accept it because he agreed to let me go to my country to see my family for 2 weeks.
We decided to work the rest of other things privately since the parenting plan was our biggest issue. Well, it look like we are going back to court soon because he doesn’t want to follow the parenting plan for phase 2!! Mind you, this was HIS plan , like the judge approved all of it.
Our daughter is supposed to be with him every other weekend, he said he can’t do overnight until she’s 18 months because she’s still breastfeeding (suddenly he cares about her being breastfed of course 🙄). I didn’t have an issue with that but then he said he wants to see her EVERY WEEKEND. I told him that’s non negotiable for me, I need to have her every other weekend but he won’t budge. Plus he was approved to see her twice a week during weekdays for 3 hours. Well, he just wants to see her once a week during the weekdays. Ok, I’m fine with it. But now he wants to add additional visitation during the weekdays after giving me 24 hr notice. Like I kid you not!!!! I don’t want him to have access to me like that so we are definitely going to court. He knows I can travel for 6 days when I have her on my weekend (because he’s choosing to see her once a week during the weekdays) and he doesn’t want that. He wants me to be isolated and all alone in a new city where I have no family or friends. I do have family and friends out of state and he knows that. He just wants to control me 💯 Jesus, I want this nightmare to be over
