Double dew claws are throwing me- what mix do we think?

Frank is a shelter rescue. He's about 4 years old. His ears stand at this ridiculous angle 90% of the time. He's about 75-80 lbs. A little underweight but the vet advised we keep him that way just because of the joint issues GSDs are prone to. I've had people ask if he's a purebred. What I'm not sure about is his double dew claws on both back paws. I will do a DNA test one day!
