Fuel tank problem

The fuel in my E36’s tank stays on its passenger side, both sides if the saddle are never equal. My fuel
Gauge is also not accurate, mostly the fuel pump side empties on 1/4 and sometimes it doesn’t what to do?
Is there a way to bypass the siphon system? Im okay with 30litres of fuel tank?

I have a swapped 2jz ge (NA) bmw e36 316i with toyota A340 4speed auto transmission. I currently have a 316i welded diff and want to put in a new open diff. Only 318i auto Diffs are available in my country and I wanted to ask if it is appropriate for my setup. I dont intend to drift the car.
