100K Budget which camera to buy

Hi everyone, i have some cool experience taking pro mode shots on my phone and doing some basic editing. I want to get a proper camera to take photography to next game. My main focus will be potraits of family, general photography and astrophotography. My budget is 100K max so which should i buy. FYI i have never owned or used a camera
