6 week difference

Left today, right 6 weeks ago. I’ve been working out about 6 days a week with the routine of 15 min incline wearing 16 pounds, 15 min rowing, 15 min strength. Scale only says I lost 2 pounds but the pics prove I’m loosing fat and gaining muscle. My heavy weight was 270 and my current weight is 195. My goal is 160.
