I’m in a bit of a stressful situation and would really appreciate any advice or real experiences 🙏
I recently received confirmation that my UK eVisa has been granted (from UK Visas and Immigration). However, when trying to link it to my UKVI account through the UK Immigration: ID Check, the face scan failed twice and now my identity check status shows as “submitted” (manual review).
My flight with Wizz Air is very soon, and I’m worried about check-in.
Has anyone been in a similar situation where:
- your eVisa was granted
- but identity verification / linking wasn’t completed
- and status was still “submitted”
👉 Were you able to board your flight?
👉 Did the airline accept the email confirmation of the visa?
👉 Or did they refuse boarding because the status wasn’t fully confirmed?
Any real experiences (especially with Wizz Air) would help a lot right now.
