Ive veen having a weird issue with my 18 Nissan Titan Midnight

Every once and a while one of my headlights wont shut off. Started as passenger light. Wouldn't shut off if I turned the lights to off or shut off truck. Would have to disconnect the battery.

It happened off and on for about a month and stopped for the last 7 months or so.

Tonight its now doing the same thing but with the driver side headlight.

Any idea of what this could be? I wanna know if its a problem someone's ran into before I go wire chasing lol

I was doing a lower unit oil change on a friends 2014 60HP 4 stroke merc. The vent screw above the oil level screw was stuck in place. I tried using some heavy long screwdrivers to unlock it and it wouldn't budge. He suggested using a fine pointed torch to loosen the screw but I am hesitant. Any suggestions or trucks to loosen it?
