I have bridesmaids of several heights and sizes in my bridal party and one of them is very petite. I wanted to know if anyone could give me an average estimate of how much alterations would be to make a dress thats a size 4 a size 2 on the top, reduce the long sleeves to fitted they are slightly loose currently on the arms, and take the hem about 6 inches off the bottom of the dress to fit her height so it doesn't drag on the floor.
