What snacks do you actually eat? After i have started using cgm, i observed that anything available in the market gives a sugar spike even if they claim of zero sugar. Pls suggest some genuine snacks to eat which are guilt free and dont give a sugar spike. I just have kheera and tamatar as diabetic friendly snacks but i am honestly bored of it now
