Protocol Advice

Hi all!

Has anyone had a similar diagnosis/treatment protocol before transfer?

My testing showed:

• Positive ReceptivaDx (H-score 3.8)

• Endometrial hyperplasia without atypia

• An over-clotting disorder/thrombophilia

Current treatment plan:

• Mirena IUD already placed to treat the hyperplasia (repeat biopsy in August)

• 2 months of Depot Lupron

• After Lupron, I’ll start letrozole

• Lovenox starting with my next cycle

• Next transfer will be a modified natural cycle with induced ovulation

History:

I’ve done 4 fully medicated transfer cycles so far.

• 2 did not implant at all

• 2 implanted, but both ended in MMCs at 8 weeks after developing SCHs around 6 weeks

Has anyone had a similar combination of findings or a similar protocol? Especially switching from fully medicated to modified natural after recurrent loss/implantation issues—did it make a difference for you?
