Following up on my previous post — the Grappler build is now done.

It started as a bare frame at my LBS, and after months of slowly picking parts, it's finally where I want it to be. The last piece was swapping to red growtac Equal brakes today — and honestly, that one change pulled everything together.

Riding mostly local singletrack. The bike finally feels like mine.

Still figuring out the saddle though — swapped from a Selle San Marco Zoncolan (127mm, carried over from my road bike) to a Regal that I'd been using for 10 years and was about to throw away. Unexpected comeback. But the search continues.

Anyone else gone through saddle width hell before finding the right fit?
