I was released to job of injury by a work clinic doctor who also ordered work hardening as well.
How is that going to work regarding workers comp and lost wages? Will the payments stop since I was “released to the job of injury” yet still required to do work hardening which is 5 days a week?

I’m sorry I’m really new to this whole process and just trying to figure out if I’m going to be without a paycheck for a while

I got injured at work back in September (shoulder), have been on disability leave since, doing PT and stuff. I finally got a go ahead from my doc to up the intensity and to start work hardening soon. However I have injured my foot (stress fracture) and am now supposed to be on light activity for at least 4 weeks.

Those are 2 unrelated injuries and I don’t not expect the L&I to cover my foot in any way.

I’m just wondering about what’s going to happen since my foot injury now postpones my work hardening schedule and potential return to work schedule as well. I have a feeling my claim manager is not going to be thrilled about this.
