Cracked or broken screen on my Dyson V11 Fluffy
Bought my Dyson V11 Fluffy on March 25 this year.
Did some completely normal vacuuming today, then put it on the charger like always.
A bit later I checked the battery status and noticed the screen looked like this (photo attached). The display now has weird lines/artifacts and a black damaged-looking corner.
The vacuum:
has never been dropped
has no physical damage
hasn’t been exposed to water
worked normally before charging
Everything else still seems to function.
Has anyone had this happen randomly?
Could this be a display failure/battery issue/software issue, or is the screen itself just dying?
I’m assuming warranty should cover this since it’s only a few months old.
The plastic on top of the screen has no damage to it on the surface.
It looks like a cracked LCD that’s what bothers me.
What should I do?
