M3 RWD PCH Queries
After considering the current lease deal for a number of weeks and I gave in and went for a test drive over the weekend. Instantly went home and did the paperwork and now have the long wait until the Aug / Sept delivery. Just got a few questions that I’m hoping you all can give me some insight on.
My lease has gone through with Santander (noting that some of you on here have mentioned with Lex you can extend (after delivery) to 3 years and it reduces the monthly cost) is it worth changing to Lex or has anyone had luck with Santander offering similar?
Also unsure on what to do with the charger situation. This will be my first EV but I have a driveway so can charge from home, I estimate I’ll do about 150-175 miles a week. Is it worth getting a 7kwh charger put in or should I just get an EV rated outdoor plug and granny charge.
If anyone can provide rough costs for these that would be great. My concern would be that I get a 7kwh installed but then after the lease ends might not end up having an EV.
Appreciate this could be a tariff specific question but if I granny charge do I need to change my electricity tariff to an EV one (currently with Octopus intelligent go)
