so I’ve been on this spiraling loop of passing this to my kids … I use to shower with them and I would use the hand I used to wash my genitala with to scrub my children without thinking … now ma freaking out about that and also am freaking out because I’ve changed my daughters diaper the other day and out of no where I coughed and I spit a little and am scared that my saliva got in to her genitals and I also suffer from cold sore virus !!! so that’s adding to the Hpv scare
