I had an eviction for being almost 2 months past due. Did not read the fine prints as if should have some they refused to accept a partial payment from me with a promise to pay in a week. I got the Eviction and accepted my fate as I had no one to help me and had simply had multiple mishaps being sick and having an accident with no savings.

Fast forward today and things are way better. However the Eviction is on my credit report. Last April Property Receivable got my accou t and I agreed to pay $25.00 weekly until I could do more. They said as long as I was paying them it would not go on my credit report.

It was not until last December I got a notice that my credit dropped and this was why. I never missed a payment and money was taken out autopsy only 4 days before. I was only late twice with the longest being 5 days which I did not change my card as I forgot to do.

When I called the. They told me after 45 days I was supposed to have the entire bill pay. They never told me that on the phone. Not only that by I had paid 956, of which 436.00 of it was interest alone. Not only they never told me any of this on the calls but I never received any letter describing this.

I told them no one mentioned either and how if the total was due in 45 days, how come it continues to with no issues from March (Not April) to December with nothing reported. Shebsaid I slipped through the cracks.

I told them I'd call and attorney and they tried to bully me into talking to theirs first. I refused and told them not to take any payment until I speak to my attorney.
I have no problem paying what I owe. But how are companies allowed to treat people this way and have such an expecation after an eviction? Where do they think a person will get all this money from?

I have finally time off from work and will be contacting my attorney on Monday. I do have two insurances that cover my legal fees for any situation. But I have never had to use either until now.

Again the Eviction was due to health and finances and not having health or savings. Its all my fault and I have no problem paying back. is there any advice on how to proceed?

Again I will speak to an attorney just to see if we can work anything put with that company. Its taken a lot of strength to not be angry at that company and any greedy company like them, but I am fixing my credit.

I have just paid of a full card and lowered my student loan do the next to tackle is this Eviction and care credit.
