I bought the game from rockstar games launcher, ran it on crossover, bottle's graphics settings were set to DXMT with M-Sync turned on. checked the capture mouse in wine settings in game settings were all set to normal, pause game on focus off...

I have a MacBook Pro M1 Pro 32gb device, initially the game ran pretty good even at high settings however within the first few seconds the game froze, but I could still hear the audio. a few seconds later the game pauses again... freeze again. and this goes on as long as I play.

I changed the bottle's graphic settings.. tinkered with the Claude code, but no help.

have you encountered a similar experience? if yes, have you fixed it?
