I was in a car accident on April 13 and I’m hoping to get the police report soon. If I see a screen like this when I look up my accident report using the crash card I was given, should I be worried about that, since it’s been almost two weeks? Or does it just mean that the officers haven’t submitted the paperwork yet?

I’m confused because the crash card says reports are usually available within eight business days, but on this website, they say I should be able to find the information within 24 hours.

I’ve double checked to make sure I’m entering all the information in correctly. Thanks for all you do out there!
