We're a family-owned business and recently noticed that Google removed over 10 reviews from our Business Profile. These were all real reviews from actual customers. No incentivized reviews, no fake accounts, nothing shady on our end. The removals dropped our overall star rating and we have no idea why it happened.

Has anyone dealt with this?

Any advice appreciated.
