Planning a small UK wedding from the US — need advice 😅

Okay I need advice from people who know UK weddings because I’m trying to figure out how insane this idea actually is 😂

My husband is from Hammersmith/North London and we’re thinking about doing a small wedding ceremony/reception in the UK even though we’re already legally married in the US. It would be super intimate, probably like 20-30 people max.

I’m in Florida so I’d be planning basically the whole thing from abroad which feels overwhelming lol. I’m picturing something romantic/cozy — garden vibes, manor house, countryside, woodsy/fairytale type feeling. Definitely not a giant traditional ballroom wedding.

Do venues there usually help with things like decor, flowers, food/drinks, music etc or do you have to coordinate everything yourself? And is getting a wedding planner worth it for something this small?

Would also love recommendations for:

•	North London venues (or nearby countryside spots that aren’t too far)

•	all-inclusive-ish venues

•	realistic pricing because TikTok has me confused 😭

•	areas around London that fit this vibe best

Any advice from people who’ve planned from overseas would honestly help so much.
