Target Accuracy Bar Prep

Hello everyone not using (Barbri or Themis) I have a tutor. Now I have my schedule and starting tomorrow doing 40 questions a day consistently up until June 5th then increasing to 50.

So far this is my score breakdown

Property and Evidence mix 79/146 54 %

CIVIL PROCEDURE 8/10 New total : 87/156 55%

Mixed NCBE Set 28/40 New total 115/196 58%

Civil Procedure 11/15 New total 126/211 59%

In total I’ve done 211 questions. My goal is to get a 150 on the MBE. What percentage should I be aiming for (I know it’s 100 lol) when doing these sets so I can keep track of my progress and see where I am at. Thank you!

Full time employees etc, HELP PLEASE:

As the title states Im in the military (National Guard) and we have AT. Unfortunately, they will not allow me to make it up after the bar exam. I tried to explain to my higher up that I need more than 4 hours to study. They said they had an officer study for it during AT and passed (but this is my third time by Gods grace). They were very blasé about the whole thing. They are very set on not allowing me to make it up. They said no is final.

I am just so frustrated and sad (even started crying) because those two weeks are so important especially with them being the first two weeks in June. So much is ridfor me on this test.

They said they will allow me 6-10 to study but that is not realistic. I feel like that’s not enough time especially with how I know I study and my brain.

Just looking for advice on how to study for those two weeks? If anyone has dealt with AT (annual training) and was able to study for the bar and pass and people who worked full time.
